Hi! I’m Chelsea, the founder and lead planner of Coco + Ash! Born and raised in Calgary AB, I am a mama to two fun loving boys, Cohen and Asher - hence Coco + Ash...I’m married to my high school sweetheart and we just celebrated our 10 year anniversary, but we’ve been together for 21! In my spare time you can find me in a hockey area cheering my boys on, sipping coffee, or enjoying wine on a patio with my husband. I started Coco + Ash while on my second maternity leave from my career in Social Work, knowing that there are some outlets that can be life long and others that can't! I will forever have a passion for helping children and families, but my passion for all things weddings was nudging me too hard to ignore it any longer. With the support of my husband and friends, Coco + Ash is my full time adventure.

Wedding Planner

Hey! I’m Sarah, a Wedding Planner with Coco + Ash. I too am born and raised in Calgary, AB. However, I’ve spent the last 8 years abroad in both Arizona and Australia while I pursued both my Bachelor of Science and Masters of Art degrees. Outside of work you will find me travelling and seeking out a new adventure somewhere be it hiking, camping, snorkelling, or just exploring nature. I am known to have my camera at my side to ensure I capture the beauty that surrounds me on my adventures. I have always loved embracing my creative side since I was very young. From an early age I developed a passion for baking and drawing which then morphed into photography. I have now landed myself in the perfect career that allows me to utilize my creativity on the daily - Wedding Planning. I love learning about, planning and creating the perfect day that captures each couple’s unique dream wedding day. This is my next big adventure!

JAMIE DWYER

Assistant Planner

Hi! I’m Jamie, an assistant coordinator with Coco + Ash. I have lived all across Alberta, from being born in Edmonton, to attending high school in Calgary and going to school in Lethbridge for my Bachelor of Nursing. However, I have always considered Calgary to be home, just like the rest of the team. As well as an assistant coordinator with Coco + Ash, I am a registered nurse, and dog mom to my rescue pup, Lucy. When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my family, shopping with friends, trying a new restaurant or traveling towards a new adventure.

From as early as I can remember, I was the little girl dreaming of her wedding day. I got engaged at the start of 2023, and fell in love with the journey of wedding planning. With the encouragement of my Fiancé, I wanted to follow my passion and started working with Coco + Ash to help other couples with their dreamt up weddings. Being able to combine my love for helping others with the excitement of wedding planning is the best of both worlds. I'm thrilled to be part of Coco + Ash team, turning couples' dreams into reality.
